These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EVORA mobile application and the website at evora-egy.com (together, the "Service"). By using EVORA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Independent Platform

EVORA is an independent electric vehicle charging information, discovery, community, and trip-planning platform.

Unless expressly stated, EVORA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any charging network operator displayed in the application.

2. Third-Party Charging Information

EVORA aggregates electric vehicle charging information from multiple independent sources, which may include publicly available information, charging-network information services, open-data sources, manual verification, and user-submitted information.

3. Charging Data Accuracy

Charging station availability, connector status, pricing, charging power, operating hours, access conditions, and other station information may change without notice.

EVORA does not guarantee that charging information is real-time, complete, continuously available, or error-free.

Users should verify critical charging information before relying on it for a journey or charging decision.

4. No Guarantee of Charger Availability

A charger shown as "Available" may become occupied, offline, unavailable, reserved, under maintenance, or otherwise inaccessible before you arrive. Station information is provided for guidance only.

EVORA is not responsible for travel or charging decisions made solely based on displayed charger status. Please plan for alternatives and confirm availability where a charging stop is essential to your journey.

5. Charging Transactions

Displaying a charging station in EVORA does not mean that EVORA operates, owns, controls, or maintains that charger.

Any charging session, pricing, payment, reservation, refund, charging failure, or service provided directly by a third-party charging operator remains subject to that operator's own terms where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property & Operator Names

Charging network names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance in EVORA is for identification and informational purposes and does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.

The EVORA name, logo, design, and original content are the property of EVORA and may not be used without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content to the Service, including:

• Reviews
• Comments
• Station condition reports
• Availability reports
• Photos, where supported
• Corrections or other community information

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not abusive, misleading, or infringing.

EVORA may moderate, remove, correct, or review inappropriate, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or inaccurate submissions. Community reports and reviews are community feedback and do not automatically modify or replace charging-network status information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or harmful content, infringing others' rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on charging information or use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
